Stevia Kristal is made from stevia and erythritol. Stevia, also known as honey leaf, is the sweetest plant in the world and has a delightfully sweet flavour. Erythritol is found naturally in fruit and has a crystalline structure. Stevia Kristal is suitable for cooking and baking. One pack is enough for approximately 150 servings or about 15 cakes. Stevia Kristal is calorie-free, so it has 100 % fewer calories than sugar.
